RFS provide bespoke retail security services nationwide, designed around the clients needs.
​All our staff have been trained to the highest standards with emphasis added on great customer service.
Additionally, you can be assured that all our staff are screened and vetted in accordance with BS7858 standards and that they have met BS 7499:2013 British standards for the provision of manned guarding and mobile patrol service's.

Retail crime is on the rise and in the UK alone it costs retailers over £2.5 Billion per year and this is expected to go up rather than down, in addition to this there is a rise in anti social behaviour, property damage and abuse against shop staff.
RFS have developed tried and tested teams who have carried out successful duties in reducing asset loss, anti social behaviour and damage to property in high risk retailers.

2025
At RFS we are proud of our development through 2024, while our focus was primary on the development of our Door Supervisor operations, we still maintained an active Events Team who were present assisting security provision at major events and festivals, in addition to providing security specialism to multiple sporting events.
Our teams were also tasked with providing security presence for many protests and marches that took place throughout the year.
As we go in to 2025 RFS have in place a qualified, experienced and dedicated events management team leading a superb array of specialised event staff in multiple roles.
Whereas 2024 seen huge emphasis placed on Door Supervision services, this provided us with the staffing platform as we go in to 2025 prepared to make a small impact in this sector.

At RFS we operate Security staff throughout all parts of the UK, our network of security partners and individuals, provides us with the confidence lacking in many suppliers that we can meet any needs nationally.
