Why indeed! there are far bigger and much more established businesses who have been providing event services for a long time, who are trusted and who do a good job, and we applaud them also.

Well, to start with its experience, and the skill set our events team leaders. we may be a young company but in terms of experience we are old pro's at this, our events team have combined decades of experience leading event security teams, working with authorities and organisers, dealing with detailed Crowd Control planning and data, our team bring this to the table and work with you to ensure all boxes are ticked and you are provided with a second to none service. It is a big claim, but its one we're confident to make.

In addition to our great management and risk mitigation teams, we have very carefully selected SIA Licenced security staff and stewards, who are vetted, well trained and selected for their role, whether that is a well equipped response team, a vigilant search team or traffic marshalling stewards and more.

We are well prepared and equipped to take on events and festivals of all sizes, due to our large number of DS licenced staff and our larger extended national network of partners, we are confident and capable of providing a substantial security presence, working with you to tailor and mould our solutions to your expectations and budget.

2025
At RFS we are proud of our development through 2024, while our focus was primary on the development of our Door Supervisor operations, we still maintained an active Events Team who were present assisting security provision at major events and festivals, in addition to providing security specialism to multiple sporting events.
Our teams were also tasked with providing security presence for many protests and marches that took place throughout the year.
As we go in to 2025 RFS have in place a qualified, experienced and dedicated events management team leading a superb array of specialised event staff in multiple roles.
Whereas 2024 seen huge emphasis placed on Door Supervision services, this provided us with the staffing platform as we go in to 2025 prepared to make a small impact in this sector.

Our Events division is working with our training partners to ensure that all our staff are trained to the highest industry standards, for yours and our peace of mind.
