RFS is a business created to participate in the UK Security Industry, with plan to bring forward modern, fluid and tailor made security solutions in an industry bogged down with old fashioned and antiquated practices.
At our very start we have been formed from an award winning management service with a reputation for top quality, professional and reliable security provision.
We are an independent security provider, able to deliver a hands on approach to the service we provide, we have a strong network of security professionals, partners and management, putting us in a position where we are able to take on tasks of all shapes and sizes delivering a "second to none" service.
Staff Training
At RFS, we are passionate about ensuring our staff receive regular training. By placing emphasis on our staff training we are confident that we are able to deliver the standard of service our clients expect. We work with training partners to prepare our teams with industry leading skill sets in each sector.
Vetting
RFS take safety and security extremely seriously and this starts with our own staff, which is why we implement fully BS7858:2019 vetting and screening with all new applicants.
This ensures peace of mind for our customers and ourselves and maintains the very high standards we expect of ourselves and our staff.​​

Where are we
RFS are based in Birmingham, which gives us a fantastic base and reach nationally.
Additionally we have our East Midlands centres of Operations in Loughborough and Burton upon Trent, maximising the efficiency of service delivery throughout the Midlands.
Although RFS is a Midlands company we operate nationwide and have clients in the south east, south west and north west of the UK.
